“This was an amazing trip, the location is really nice and quiet, close to national road to take you to Chania, lovely town close by called Armenoi with butcher, cheese monger and nice restaurants, close to Kalives with beach bars restaurants etc.
The host Stefanos is a lovely friendly man who will assist with any needs. He allowed us to check in nice and early and greeted us with a smile. He would come chat with us daily if he saw us sat outside. No noise at night which is amazing”

“Die Lage des Hotels mit der Aussicht auf das Meer und die Bucht ist grandios.
Obwohl wir dem Besitzer bereits 2 Tage vor Ankunft mitgeteilt haben, dass wir erst um ca. 22.00 Uhr mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen kommen, war nur seine Mutter im Haus, die kein Wort englisch spricht. Sie hat den Besitzer angerufen und dieser hat uns mitgeteilt, dass es sein Fehler sei, dass das Hotel komplett besetzt sei. Im Nachbarhaus sei ein Zimmer für uns frei für diese 1. Nacht. “In general great place to stay with small children, great facilities, fun events for children. Swimming pools are anyone can desire, outside, inside non heated, inside heated. If one wants beach that is also available, sandy strip is just 500m away to the side if necessary. Staff is really polite and helpful, buffet all inclusive food is not boring and selection can satisfy most i am sure. Rooms are clean and on top of that they are cleaned every day, new towels, fresh floor. Absolutely……

“We had an incredible stay at this hotel. They were so helpful in accommodating needs of our baby and us as new parents. “When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Nina, the owner, who offered us a drink of our choice. The room was modern and beautifully furnished. - my wife would have preferred some draws for storage but there was a large closet for clothing. Each morning we had a wonderful custom made breakfast by the pool, that included avocados and other fruits from the over shade trees above our breakfast tables. On-street parking was readily available and old town was only a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience at the Epavli Grace hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, available, and helpful. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi was also very nice and often quiet/not busy. The view on the balcony outside was not ideal but did afforded privacy. The only real problem is that the hotel is located in the city centre and there can be sudden construction as of 7am, which the staff have no notice of in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city……
