“Reception are very nice and friendly. The room is tidy and clean. The best thing is the train station is very close to the hotel, just need a couple minutes of walking and you’ll arrive. “Firstly, I'm not first time stay in this hotel, however this time they give me unforgettable memories. Please provide more customer service training for the staff, the front desk staff look like unhappy all the time, please smile for the guest”

“The hotel is not within walking distance of the airport, but it offers a shuttle service in the early morning at a price comparable to Uber. There is no kettle provided in the room. While I could get hot water from the restaurant during operating hours, it was inconvenient for me, especially since I was unwell and needed hot drinks in the middle of the night.”
