The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! ”

Although there was a neighboring home and second apartment above ours, our space felt very private and secluded. The apartment overlooks the river and train trestle. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the train come through every 6-8hrs and listening to the river rapids. The apartment had all the kitchen basics we needed (can opener, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc), and was clean……
