“We called to confirm reservation and rooms prior to showing up. When we arrived we were told the rooms got canceled because they attempted to charge the card that was on the reservation and it declined and instead of calling to check and confirm the card, which we were using a different card to pay, they just canceled the room. Said because they were at capacity they couldn’t get the room back and wouldn’t even try knowing we had the reservation and the guy at the front desk was the one who had……

“We enjoyed our stay overall! The only downfalls, which were minor..but enforcing the quiet time...after 11pm guests above us continually banged and jumped until about 12a.m. Then were up early at 7am doing the same thing. Can't do much about that...it is a place filled with kids! ”
