“Pillows are terrible ”

“Amazing and unique Chateau located out in the trees on a few acres. Which is what drew us to this property. Also is located near the Kansas Speedway ( they also have a shuttle to take you to the racetrack) and the Hollywood Casino. Wonderful check in crew, wonderful friendly owner was greeting people while just walking around. Had breakfast delivered to our room, which was really good. Will definitely be back. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……
