“the room really wasn’t very clean at all, especially the toilet, really not clean. i scan their QR code to ask for extra soap bar and box of tissue, i waited for two days, i never received them, at end of two days, i had to go downstairs to reception to ask for them, plus on that day, i am using the last roll of toilet paper. they did not replenish with extra roll after room service. really not happy with the hotel. the staff at reception was very nice though. and the hotel is situated in a……

“We booked a twin room with windows, but that ended up being a windowless room with a king size bed. We are pretty sure that it did not say the room has no windows on your website when we booked it. It is a real scam. We are upset with the dishonesty Hotels.com handles customers’ booking. And because of this unfortunate incident we will never use Hotels.con again.”
