“Front desk at check in was great! Room was clean. Only thing about room was the tub / shower. I couldn’t turn the water on. I had to call the front desk for instructions TO PULL OUT ON THE HANDLE! I was afraid to do this in the beginning because the handle was loose and I didn’t want to break anything. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I am handicap and didn’t like the fact that I had to park around the corner of the outside door. I did not like the fact that I had to walk so……

“It was crowded with a lot of children. I think it temporary housing for families. There was a hole in the wall in my room. That didn't really bother me. But no dish soap. Very little toiletries. Bare minimum. I travel through the area a few times a year, and I need a full fridge. It was OK. Not my favorite. I stayed across the highway in May, will probably do so again.”

“If you love anything Victorian this is the place for you! The woodwork was exquisite! We had a lovely stay. Barbara was a wonderful hostess and made us a delicious breakfast! Fresh fruit with whipped cream. Lemon poppy seed muffins, raspberry kuken, ham and cheese omelets, OJ, coffee and tea! We enjoyed chatting with her and finding out about the history of the house!”
