“Great place to stay, amazing food and the staff are always very friendly ”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“Es war einfach wunderbar. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, grosses und gepflegtes Zimmer und Bad mit grosser Dusche. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Bad und wohlriechende Pflegeprodukte. Das Doppelbett war sehr, sehr bequem und das Hotel sehr ruhig, so dass ich wunderbar schlief. Das Frühstück konnte am Vortag ausgewählt werden. Das „english breakfast“ wurde dann frisch zubereitet und war einfach wunderbar. Der junge Mann sehr zuvorkommend und sehr motiviert und freundlich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen……

“Beautiful hotel located a short walk from Durham city centre. Clean and spacious room. Fantastic Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. Bed was so comfortable! Staff were very efficient, nothing was a problem, very friendly.”

“Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Ensuit was spacious. Unfortunately we found the shower to be very hot and didn’t know how to turn it down (it was turned all the way to the coldest option). But to be fair, we didn’t ask for any help with it, so it could have been a simple fix. We hadn’t really thought through staying above a pub. Obviously you can hear everyone drinking & enjoying themselves until they leave around 12am. Anyway, room was great for the price and apart from the things……

“It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish. I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. ”

“Clean. New. Swish. Fashionable. Style. Comfortable. Functional. Modern. Gym is essentially a tiny cupboard with a small bit of kit- major oversight, and seems like an oversight. A decent gym would really have made it. ”

“Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted with a warm attitude, the member of staff on desk on arrival was very friendly with my 4 year old daughter whom is very talkative and loves meeting new people. Our room was to a good standard - clean, spacious and had everything we needed including an en-suite bathroom, a TV, toiletries and a fan which kept us cool during the night. We had breakfast in the morning which was up to a good standard and the member of staff on the desk at breakfast time was……

“浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。”
