“Poor service when comes to price to expectations. Paid almost rm505 . Expect at least a counter service. Took 1hr for the call agent before getting my keys. For this link of price its is worse than a 3 star hotel. There is no shower gel or even shampoo. Room is big but lack the basic needs that is expected from even a 3 star hotel. Avoid ”

“Good stay and good location . Unfortunately, not easy to find by the crab taxi and in the maps! Quite a confused location as the signs no obvious at the main road. Easy way is mentioned stop at the Nanara Tun Razak building and cross opposite. That is the easy way . Air-co at Master bedroom has needed refill as no cold as infact hot heat coming out. Overall is a good place and this building still new ( under construction work going on) and not clear signs panel inside this buildings .”

“The management was Very Good, and informed us 3 days early, that they had arrange the Room Unit and collection of Room Key inthe Mail Box, and before, we had arrived to Dorsett Residence. Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space, We will come again, ”
