“No air conditioning, room at time was uncomfortable. Hard time sleeping without ac. Clean, nice showers and large tv. Desiree at the front desk was very helpful and treated us like family. ”

“Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!”

“Had a great time! Resort was very clean and had great amenities including two nice pools. It is very hilly but they offer golf cart pickups for getting around. Wifi and cell signal can be spotty at times. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We just spent 5 nights at this amazing property and wish we could have stayed longer! The location is absolutely incredible, if you can imagine a tropical paradise, this is exactly what it looks like. The surrounding nature is breathtaking. Situated in Princeville, a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of great dining options, stunning golf courses, and, of course, the legendary Nā Pali Coast. There are also gorgeous wild beaches nearby where you can truly enjoy nature in peace - it never feels……

“Had everything we needed — clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, AC and elevator. The view was amazing and the property was quiet…no party people, mostly families. It literally took 1 minute to walk to the beach where there were longest chairs and a small protected bay where kids could play in the water. The location was convenient — Safeway and Ross are across the street and the Coconut Marketplace is a short drive. Dave, the property owner, was very responsive when we couldn’t get the……

“Wonderful condo with very nice open concept. Plenty of space for 3 adults and two kids. Was a very well stocked kitchen with a great location to grocery and shopping. My daughter loved the pool slides. The pool was great and the instructions were precise on what to do. Really highly recommended. ”
