“Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Gave credit for a days resort fee due to uncleanliness in the bathroom. Little things like a broken toilet paper holder, long hair on floor in the corners of the bathroom and lounge area, little drawer space for a week long stay unless you live out of your luggage? Struggling to put suitcases into our rental car, the staff just watched at 5:15 a.m. !!”

“Pros: Beautiful location. Easy access to the beach. Food was good, staff was excellent. Only medium roast coffee available. A dark roast in one of the 3 dispensers would be appreciated by us coffee fiends. Cons: Pool and lounging area too small and couldn’t get away from loud, splashing, screaming kids…every day of our stay. Parking not included in the resort fee, so you pay an additional $25 per day if you have a car. ”

“We booked this trip last minute without my normal research and just booked it on a whim since the pool looked great in the photos and we were traveling with kids. I was blown away! Such a wonderful resort, Dukes was delicious and had a great vibe for dinner, the property was clean and everyone was friendly. It's one of those places that the lobby smells "rich" and fancy. Loved the open air walkways and wish I liked sushi because that set up was beautiful. If I were to micro complain about……

“The resort was beautiful. Although not directly on the beach, the pool and gardens and the overall views were terrific. We did not eat on property but found plenty of options in the nearby shopping centers and a few food / coffee trucks. Convenient to south shore activities. Would return.”
