“We had wonderful time at the resort and definitely we would be back. Let me start off with checking in, girl was very professional and she went above and beyond. Room 2202 was excellent and perfect view from the balcony absolutely priceless view. Berk at the beach was awesome at the beach, made sure the drinks was delicious. Oguz at the coffee shop made the latte’s excellent the way we like it, no need for Starbucks. They also had Starbucks on the premises, it war also excellent. Emre at the……

“The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. And our bedsheets had a smell to it as if it had not been changed yet. We personally did not have a great experience here.”
