“We were in is a one-bedroom unit of a large condo complex which appeared to be a mixture of owned and rented units. It is well run but the office is only staffed during the day. There is a communal picnic and pool facilities. Although on the waterfront, it has no ocean swimming or beach. There was a lovely view of the ocean and sunset from our unit. The WiFi was reliable in the bedroom but did not reach throughout the unit. The kitchen equipment and washer/dryer appeared new and worked well.……
