“We were a group of 14 family members coming from all areas of the country for my son’s graduation from the U. The house was exactly as described. We were all very comfortable and the views are amazing. Roger was pleasant and easy to work with. He was responsive but also respectful of our privacy. Would highly recommend his house. ”

“The condo was clean, well furnished, and very well stocked with supplies. It’s nothing fancy, but neither is the price. This condo is a great value. The 2 bedroom condo is large compared to most 2 bedroom condos at ski resorts. It has a spacious family room with plenty of comfortable seating. There are smart TVs in the family rooms and both bedrooms. It’s located only 2 minutes to entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon road and only a few more minutes to Little Cottonwood Canyon. “Lovely basement studio that is even better than advertised. Marla and her husband are lovely and welcoming. There are several trails located behind the home. Very safe neighborhood with quick access to the U and Salt Lake City. ”

“The house was clean and comfortable The overall impression on arrival was poor. The front porch was dirty and needed sweeping the front white bricks on the house were chipped and gave the impression of a geto neighborhood. Sorry owners but more care should be done to the outside. Also I’m using a walker so getting in and out if house with the frail handrail was not easy. ”

Location was on a busy street but near everything we needed to get to easily. Lovely Mill Hollow park nearby had a wonderful walking trail. Be sure to bring soap for your laundry. Bbq out back was great for cooking at the property. Very comfortable stay.”
