“Clean and quiet, nicely furnished and supplied. Centrally located to just about everything in the Salt Lake area. Nice grass backyard for the dogs.”

“What a great experience it was staying at this property. The owner is very available and responds quickly. The property was clean and i appreciated the fans at night. We opened the windows and slept great. It was close to north beach so we were able to ride our boards and surf close. I would definitely stay again.”

The home is one of the cleanest we've stayed in, the beds and seating areas are super comfy, and the home is stocked with more than we needed. “Wonderful house and a wonderful host. Walking distance to stores and a dog park and located in a nice historic neighborhood. No issues with the property or our stay. We would gladly stay again and hope to do that.”

“This is a nice house for those with kids and/or pets. The backyard is fully fenced with well maintained landscaping. The grill was terrific. There is a nice patio with lovely shade provided by mature wisteria vines growing over the roof top. Inside, the cool air conditioning was a welcomed relief in the 100 degree weather. “Incredible stay and incredible hospitality! We were a last minute booking on a cross country road trip and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hot tub hit the spot after a long day on the road. The house was immaculately clean and was in tip top shape. A true gem of the rental space. Will absolutely stay here again without hesitation. ”
