“Wonderful space to stay for a few days. It is a staffless location, so if there are any issues it is almost impossible for get in contact with someone. There were stains on the floor, I was unable to control the temperature, and there wasn’t a welcome packet I could refer to on how to use the keypad to lock the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable, great amenities, and good location. I also love how it is women-owned, I just wish I had some contact to reach out about some issues I experienced.……

“So. much. yikes. I'm so disappointed. For starters, he has noise sensors within the home and motion sensors. I would not be surprised if he had cameras in the home, too. He has two cameras just for the location we were at, which initially made me feel safe. Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
