“Nice hotel in a nice location.”

“因为是带着孩子参加面试，所以找的是相对距离学校比较近的酒店。很小的酒店，没有电梯，房间也比较小，但是停温馨的。第二天一早遇上下了一夜的雪，边上一个老伯很热心地帮忙打扫车上的雪，特别温暖。附近不远就是一个购物广场，有沃尔玛，还有很多吃饭的地方。酒店后面也有，所以非常方便。”

“We were there to celebrate our daughter's graduation. When we woke up the next morning (Mother's Day), all the graduation decorations were replaced with Mother's Day in the buffet room! Lori handed out Mother's Day cards to all the moms and had chocolates out for the taking. What a lovely gesture. Lori is a gem and we look forward to seeing her on every visit there!”

“Nice hotel”

“I’ve stayed here twice. Both times it was good enough and I’d likely stay there again. I stayed in their king suite with a fancier bath. The main issue is that the dresser drawers in the living area were off their tracks so didn’t close properly. Seems like a minor but visually obvious detail that a manager and staff would attend to anytime theirs a room change. ”

“Lots of things were lovely; fantastic room service food (unbelievably fresh and delicious, better than anywhere I’ve ever eaten in a hotel while traveling), beautiful serene natural setting, and wonderful design of the buildings plus COOKIES and tea in the afternoon. The service was also fantastic. The paint could use freshening and the bathroom grout needs redoing (or consider retiling). A piece of one window pane, a wood bit, fell off… so I stuck it back, obviously needs a proper repair. With……
