“Cet hôtel , flambant neuf, présente toutes les options de confort . Un petit bémol ! L’hôtel était (hélas) vide à 80% ou plus, j’avais réservé une chambre supérieure avec vue sur piscine . Bien que la piscine n’était pas encore opérationnelle, pour la saison . On m’a donné la chambre la plus éloignée, de telle sorte qu’il fallait se mettre au balcon et se pencher, pour voir un petit bout de cette piscine . Incompréhensible !!!! Pourquoi ne pas donner le meilleur choix, puisque l’hôtel était……

“Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of selections. Very good location as the light rail station is around the corner. One thing I would like to particularly address was that they sent my lost items in the safe that I forgot to bring back to Taiwan efficiently. Much appreciated. ”
