“This is the fourth time I've stayed at this location while in Manitowoc and I can't give it a higher rating. The apartment is very comfortable, the views of the lake are amazing and the location to downtown is extremely convenient. I look forward to my next visit to Manitowoc and hope the apartment will be available. ”

“The property manager put in a lot of work to get this ready. Beautiful furnishings and decor! They were accommodating with requests for a full size coffee maker in addition to the Kuerig they had. They also provided wine glasses and a cork screw upon request, although some water/juice/drink glasses would also be nice. “Thank you hosts for a clean, easy, as-advertised condo stay this weekend. We stayed here for our special trip to GB for the NFL Draft. Manitowoc is close enough to GB for an easy drive but far enough away to have some peace of the hustle and bustle and traffic on gamedays/related. The condo experience was precisely as advertised, really no surprises. Would stay here again for a quick, painless, cost effective and comfortable stay.”
