“The food was incredible. The room was excellent. The service was excellent too. My only ding would be for the breakfast which is that they had disposable cups in the dining room where they could have had regular cups like they did in the rooms/restaurant (environmentally friendly). “Check in time is 3 pm- we arrived a at 2:45 and was told our room was not ready yet- which I can understand as we were 15 minutes early. We waited in the lobby for our room to be ready. As more and more guests arrived- there were multiple that were told their room was not ready. At 325, we got back in line to see if our room was ready. We were then told that it still was not ready. “We use vrbo quite regularly, so I feel the need to explain some of our pros and cons of this home. Pros-comfortable bed and a nice shower with good water pressure. Nice view and good location to everything. It snowed all day and they did a great job that evening getting the driveway and stairs cleaned off. Cons-the home needs some updates. My husband replaced several missing/burned out light bulbs. Multiple broken blinds, stairs going into the home are in need of repair, couch is older and not……
