“Great place to stay! Only short coming was the Asian ladybugs and that is out of your control! Only suggestion for improvement would be a table lamp so had softer lighting instead of ceiling lighting! ”

“Nice property with beautiful views!!! The property was really clean!!! One suggestion is to have a TV in all the bedrooms. The couch needs to be replaced in the sunroom visibly soiled. We didn’t use the sunroom, nobody wanted to sit on the couch. ”

Huge house with so much space and so many different options for sleeping--- large beds, bunk beds, could have definitely had more people there than the 6 we had. Great for going for walks around outside, great front porch for sitting out and enjoying the morning, the evevening or anything in between. Awesome whirlpool tub (for one person at a time!). ”

“Nice get away from the city. - Good size lot for kids to play; we played a lot football - Great size fire pit to enjoy - Great size dining table to enjoy meals and play board games - It will be helpful to inform guest no basic condomens not available - salt pepper, oil etc. Will be good to know to bring with - Wish utensils were of better quality, additional quantity and better organized - Train noise was communicated can be very loud at times and every 20 mins or so - Sulphur smell in the……

“Weather was better than good for autumn in Minnesota, lots of trails to walk, only disappointment was the main reason we went down, to check out the Maritime Art Museum, not impressed.”

“This is a very comfortable, cozy cottage with all the amenities one could want Every detail has been thoughtfully considered so that guests feel special and spoiled. The coffee bar and drawer was a real treat. We also really enjoyed the outdoor firepit complete with s'more fixings. The quiet location is perfect for a relaxing stay and close to many shops, winery and restaurants too.”

"Staying at the Alexander Mansion felt like stepping back in time to an era of elegance and warmth. Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cherished. This will remain one of the warmest memories of my travels.
