“Nice location overall. 2 am, noise somewhere from another room, I texted help to the night concierge and he "looked into it right away" and I don't know what he did but it got quiet soon after---Yay!. Morning tea and coffee in the Lounge. Morning staff were very friendly, helpful, cheerful.”

“Douglas was our server for Breakfast one morning and he was fantastic. Very engaging, quick and so funny. Anne was our server for two breakfasts and she was the sweetest. Always attentive to us. Food was delicious. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful as well! Room was comfortable! ”
