“Bryan was great! Clear instructions always responded. The place was clean had everything you needed for a vacation away. We travel a lot through the spring and summer. This was perfect and extremely quiet for the location in a residential area. ”

I like to sleep cold and set the temp very low and unfortunately made it uncomfortable for the other units.Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay and the restaurant next door is phenomenal.”

“Came down from Maine for a wedding… kind of a whirlwind trip. This was the perfect little spot to lay my head - not too far from the church or even Rochester for that matter. Nice and clean. Warm heat and hot water. Private back porch/entrance. Got breakfast twice from The Edge at Lugia’s right down the road - food was EXCELLENT (Egg Benedict Sammie w/dipping hollandaise was terrific). ”
