“When I arrived at the house I was greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine and magnolia. The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special.The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by……

“We have a daughter at UF and the rest of the family drove to Gainesville from north and central Florida for the Easter weekend. The house was perfect for our group. We had 6 people total and the house was not crowded. There are 3 bedrooms and every BR had its own full bathroom. There is also a small office type room with another single bed so you could sleep 7 if you had 3 couples and a single. The kitchen was small but functional. The oven needs to be cleaned but it was usable. There was a……
