“The property was attractive, well-maintained and suited our needs. We wanted a place that was close to our relatives we were visiting in Naples, easy to get to and from, with a kitchen! All the people we met or had any interaction with were welcoming and helpful. We would recommend the Gardenia to anyone!”

“Great stay, easy access and so near the beach! The onsite pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Darin as host, was easy to communicate with prior to check in and we had no need for contact once we arrived. The process was seamless and our stay was terrific! We would return! ”

“Best stay I've had in a very long time. The place is awesome, great restaurant, nice and quiet, and close to everything. Will visit again!! ”

“The room needs some love put into it with that the view is beautiful. The pool closet, holding the chairs and umbrellas look like they’ve been there since the 1990’s rusty and moldy the toaster doesn’t work the toilet seat is broken. Room came with one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag had to buy myself The property is very well keeper staff very friendly restaurant was a plus the weather was a ten”

“It was nice to be able to walk to 5th Ave and to the Beach. The bathroom was too small for our group. The outdoor furniture and fire pit need to be replaced. The pool and pool furniture were fine. We had a long drive to Fort Myers and ended up moving North after 1 night... I wish we could've received some kind of money back for the other nights, but I get that it is not their policy.”

“Very nice rental with a great pool and a great location in Naples. Private and quiet. You share the pool with only 3 other units. While we were there, we had the pool to ourselves on a couple of occasions.”

“Beautiful suite on the waterfront. Fish right from the dock (bring your pole!) & swim in the heated private pool. The kitchen has everything you need (just bring the food!). Quiet neighborhood within 20 minutes of Walmart and Publix! ”

“The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property.”

“It is a great option to stay especially if you are traveling with kids. The place is newly renovated and pretty clean. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and sheets and towels were crispy clean. It is pretty quiet, however it is not soundproof: we could hear neighbors walking upstairs. Also neighbours' toilet flushing and shower were very loud. The kitchen tools and dishes were very basic, but enough to cook some meals. There were no basics stocked like salt, sugar or cooking oil.
