“Cottage A of the Naples Coquina cottages was just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quaint, and the perfect size for a seven day stay. Two blocks from the beach near the Naples pier, it did not lack for any need during the week. Despite the new hotel construction across the street it was it was relatively quiet and clean all week. Walking distances to many restaurants, shops and neighborhoods which meant we parked the car and barely used it all week. The property host, Kate was super……

“We had a great stay here with our three young kids. We loved being able to chose between the pools or the beach and the amenities the resort had to offer. My husband and son especially loved the Topgolf hitting bay, and I enjoyed the food on site and the sauna. The property owner was extremely communicative and very helpful. We highly recommend. ”

“We visited for the Naples US pickleball open for try week. This home gave us everything we needed. It was clean and nicely put together. Would definitely stay again.”

“we went for a quiet relaxing weekend on the beach we were at least 15mins from the beach very limit beach as hotels own most of them the beach we did find was so crowded you could of put a pin between us most of the parking was members only so when we did find somewhere to park it cost us 40.00 for the day so not a good experience so we will never go back to Naples ”

“The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. ”

“Family had a great vacation in April. Great access to restaurants, site seeing boat tours, mini golf, top golf onsite was an hit etc. apartment was very nice and accessible. Club was a little pricey and they weren’t always upfront with tip already included so beware on site .Most meals were made in the apartment (probably not for everyone), most everything was available except oven mitts and some cleaning supplies. ”

“Hello, for me it was a wonderful experience. I congratulate the hosts of the house. The house was super clean, everything was very nice and organized. The sheets and towels were super clean. I have never seen such cleanliness before. I am impressed. I would always recommend that house and, of course, when I go on another vacation I would repeat the same house. I was delighted.”

“The Bayshore Arts district was a great area to stay and the Cottage was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The back porch was so pleasant in the evenings and we had a chance to hit the Botanical Gardens, Ankrolab, Celebration Park and 360. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I liked that the property was clean. I did not like that the pool had sharp things on the bottom that my daughter tore her foot on. I didn’t like that there were 3 bedrooms & the only tv was in the living room…just 1! I didn’t like that there was no door to the master bathroom..only a curtain. I didn’t like that we only stayed 1 night & left & I contacted the properties person & have yet to have this resolved.”
