“Beautiful building and property. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. What needs improvement are the tvs in the rooms. The picture was warped and not very clear.. also the lunch menu in the restaurant to have some gluten free options. The restaurant staff were excellent in finding a situation for me with what they had.”

“We stayed for two nights as a family of 3, beds we’re comfortable and clean, only downside was the bathroom is very run down, some stains on carpet and mould around windows, didn’t bother us too much as we were out all day doing things but could definitely do with a refurbishment, other than that the hotel was central enough for us with a car, plenty of places to eat nearby and an Aldi opposite was handy for us ”

“This was a great location after ending our 7 day tour. Easily walkable, a Michelin rated restaurant for dinner, excellent breakfast out (since we had a leisure morning and no rush to the airport). Staff were very helpful and the room itself was charming, comfortable. Had a triple room for girls trip and plenty spacious! ”

“I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”

“I really enjoyed staying here. We got the deluxe room because it was the only one left on the night we needed but I have no regrets, it was great. It was a very sunny day so our room was very hot but reception sorted us out with a fan very quickly. All of the staff were lovely :) I enjoyed the decor and I thought the nightclub was fun (I didn't actually go into the nightclub, but I felt like I got a VIP experience dancing in my room).
