“Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. Quiet area within walking distance of the train station 10 mins max and a lovely marina across……

“Well maintained hotel in an amazing location literally on the edge of the loch. We stayed in a ground floor suite with a shared terrace overlooking the water. The room was very spacious and immaculate. There were a few niggles, the room was for 2 people, but although there was more than enough room, there was only one comfy armchair. “This property is not what I expected—the old house part of the building is beautiful and the view from the hotel is beautiful too! But the property has added wings that are architectural mismatched and it gives a strange ambiance. There are conditional issues such as stained carpeting in hallways, but rooms are nice and comfortable. Service is a mixed bag—-valet and baggage guys were great…retail shop clerk was super nice….front desk was adequate but not friendly and didn’t try to make you feel……

“The room was very well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The breakfast was a letdown. They should have put some yoghurts and pastries. I understand they are vegetarians, but I like to eat eggs in the morning. No beans either. Sorry, but you can't just have it one way. A hotel should cater for all, otherwise you should put very clearly that is vegetarian only. ”

“The guest house is a lovely place to stay right on the river beautiful views, lovely and clean, looks a bit run down but was very surprised when went in the room. Bed very comfortable .”
