“I flew into Cranbrook and the flight did not land until 12:30 am, when I went to the hotel they did not answer the door, even though I had left a message that I would be arriving late. If you are not arriving at a regular check in time, I would find a hotel that has 24 hr staffing. That said, the facility is very clean, great beds and we will be booking several rooms for a conference we are having in town in April. The value is excellent! Commincation is challenging...but I take some……
