Girişten çıkışa kadar her konuda yardımcı oldular, sorularımıza sabırla yanıt verdiler ve kendimizi evimizde hissettirmeyi başardılar. Özellikle ihtiyaç duyduğumuz anlarda hemen çözüm ürettiler, bu da konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Konum olarak da oldukça avantajlı bir yerde; toplu taşıma ve çevredeki olanaklara yakın olması büyük kolaylık sağladı. Misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri……

“Great location, nice staff and well cleaness”

“When we arrived the hotel, nice and gentle front desk introduced the room we’ll stay. He also help us to bring baggage upstair!! The hotel’s location is wonderful. Near Hagia Sophia Museum so close, only 3 mins by foot. During the breakfast, we can see the Marmara Sea directly. We enjoyed the breakfast and sea view at least half hour every morning. Very breathtaking the moment!”

“I booked one room for one night at Zirkon Suit Otel in Istanbul. I booked and paid in advance one room for two people throught Hotels.com. I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. When I showed my booking number and the confirmation of the booking to the man at the desk he asked me to speak with the owner of the hotel. The owner was very unpolite and bad more over he asked me to pay addictional 1600 turkish lira because he said that I booked for a room with a single……

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
