“Amazing stay in Riyadh.. ”

“The room was booked for a patient in King Faisal Specialist hospital , just after booking within 30 mins i asked for a cancellaton as the DR advised the patient not to leave the hospital . since 7th March upto 13th March daily i was asking for an update . but the hotel is not at all responsive by fone or email , neither hotels.com nor i could reach them and they refused cancellation on such circumstances although i know the room was non-refundable - but as a exclusion the hotel could have……

“The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up.”

“Lovely hotel, luxurious, bathroom starts to look a bit dated, shower did not work very well, rooms otherwise clean and well maintained , some rooms face a building, hotel was kind enough to live me to street facing room, which was then a but noisy at night with the traffic. Overall satisfactory, would be happy to stay here again. ”

“Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana為沙烏地阿拉伯當地聯鎖飯店品牌, 高檔奢華. 在此住了兩晚, 隔壁有大型shopping mall. 步行10 min有大型超市. 早餐高檔奢華, 竟然有現挖蜂窩, 中西式餐點皆有. 大推, 值得再入住.”
