“Ótima localização! Perto do antigo e novo! Consegue fazer absolutamente tudo a pé! Perto de cafés, bares, pubs e restaurantes! Hotel pequeno, o que nos proporciona uma maior intimidade! Café da manhã é satisfatório, mas não digo excelente. Cama extremamente confortável, quarto limpo, banheiro limpo, ar condicionado bom. Seguro ao redor. ”

“Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful and efficient. It's located at the hill and you have to walk about 3-5 minutes to hill from the tram station and no Metro station nearby. However, it's good and easy for visitor to walk to one of the famous landmark - Charles bridge and it's about 15-20 minutes. ”

“Bra lägenhet i väldigt bra läge i Prag. Lite spartanskt möblerad, sängen va ok men skulle fällas ihop om man ville ha en soffa att sitta i. Belysning under all kritik, avsaknad av punktbelysning. Hade varit trevligt om det fanns någon kapsel till kaffebryggaren, eftersom den inte tillhör en vanlig modell. ”

I received room upgrade, lovely welcome cookies, food and breakfast discount throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable too!! I really love it!! I think the hardware was really great and well-maintained but the software - staff could be improved. The staff at food and beverage department could be more cheerful, thought I……

“淋浴間下水不太好，通知前台之後就弄好了，服務不錯，位置很好，走路也就10來20分鐘就到老城那邊了，周邊全是飯店，交通十分方便，房間內也很乾淨，早餐也還可以，但是最好能變換一下”

“隔音有點差， 隔壁洗澡都能聽到聲音。 樓上走路都聽的到。 如果怕吵的人最好考慮清楚 感覺飯店是組合屋一樣的住宿品質。 但裝潢跟浴室看起來是翻修很新的感覺；地毯感覺有點舊 房間偏小： 一個28寸箱+一個30寸就滿到快沒地方通行 電梯出來還要扛行李3階， 有重物的必須考慮一下”
