“This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. Mind you, it's small (hence the name tiny) but perfect for a single, couple, or even with a child. The cottage is as cute inside as outside. Whomever did the decorating is very creative. “We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside, specifically the location. With our young kiddos, it was perfect for us to pop over to the park to play several times a day. The house had all the necessities, even a pack & play and high chair which were unexpected bonuses. We could hear a little noise from our neighbors, but nothing disruptive. It could’ve used a bit more cleaning and a water filtration system, but the house was great for our family to enjoy a sweet vacation together. ”
