“The house is huge and very comfortable. I'd say it needs a few improvements (we had a doorknob that keep falling and the couple would be locked in the room, the cloth iron was no good). Great amount of sheets and towels. It's not dar from Cape Charles beach. Communicaton with property manager was not good. ”

“We loved our short stay here. The cottage was very nice and located in a great spot. You could see the water from the screened in front porch. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!The owners were awesome at communicating and everything was a breeze.We love Cape Charles and will definitely stay here when we come back!”

“The house location was excellent. The kitchen was a bit of a disappointment, it was small and the pots and pans were lacking in the sense there were no smaller pots and the layoff was not functional. The upstairs bath needs updated the tub needs reglazing and its dangerous to use. I have some mobility issues so its not user friendly to older people. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there”

“Wonderful weekend getaway to the quaint and quiet town of Cape Charles. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the location was excellent-right across the street from the park, walkable to the town and the beach made it highly convenient! The house itself was a bit worn but well kept and spacious enough for our family of five and our dog. Overall, lovely stay and would recommend. ”

“So glad I chose this house for our getaway as it was our first visit to cape charles. . Beautiful home, well maintained. Very clean and bright. Landscaping added a warm feel as well.. Location is perfect, just 1 block over from the main street, plus the fenced in yard, offered peace of mind as we brought along our 7 month old pup.It met and exceeded my expectations. Definitely would stay again and recommend without hesitation.”
