“Our stay was almost perfect. While it was 78 degrees in our room we called down and they had someone at our door quickly and got the room nice and cool. The floor in our room was sticky and I thought it was just the humidity from the heat but it wasn’t I just kept my flip flops on. The 3 pools option was so nice and being right on the beach was wonderful we were a short walk to Dunkin which was nice. Overall we had a great stay. ”

“Beautiful ocean view room. I had two issues that were addressed immediately. My safe and tv remote. The room was clean bed was comfortable and you absolutely cannot beat the view! Front desk agent was kind and professional checking in and same one when I left. Would stay again. ”

“Hotel was right on the beach lower lobby took you directly to the water. Hotel was clean and food was good. However, room service was lacking, took several phone calls to get room service, towels, and sheets. We would request room service before leaving and would get back to the service not done yet. Overall, solid hotel. ”

“This is a very convenient hotel with a beautiful view of the beach. It is a typical HGI with good services. I found the room fine, the bed comfortable but the sheets very scratchy. The bathroom was clean and good enough. The bar has a fabulous bartender named Katie and the service and food there was top notch. The drawback for my stay was that only one elevator was working and there would be a line to use the elevator. I am able bodied and would have had no problem using the stairs but no……
