“Great last minute stay. They were so friendly, accommodating, and the place was great. We had our doggie with us, she loved hanging on the balcony looking at the beach. We could walk right out to the beach, the showers were right there and the volley ball as well. The bar was amazing! Best martini!!! Our teenage son had an amazing time riding his bike to all of the shops that were so close by. Ice cream right across the street, amazing coffee less than a block away. ”

“I’ve stayed at a few properties on Virginia Beach over the years and none I’d go back to. However, The Capes is on my list of hotels I’d rebook. The rooms were clean; the property was clean. The indoor pool was warm and seemed pretty clean. They offer an on-site restaurant. I did not try this time around so I can’t speak to the food there. They also offer ample parking that is easily accessible. I guess if I were to offer one thing I’d like to see, it’d be a soap rack in the shower or towel rack……

“It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating, plus the walking distances to the beach front was no more than 2 blocks and less than five minutes away. Also great location of walking distances to shops, eateries and sightseeing. ”
