“I had a great stay here while visiting Seattle for a conference at the Convention Center Summit. The location was very walkable to the convention center and market area, and there are several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hotel atmosphere was great, but the selling point was the bed, which was hands down the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The in-room Nespresso machine was also a great touch. If in the area again, I would absolutely stay here. ”

“Just a grand hotel. So classic. No elevator, but, meh. No problem. Valet parking. Close to everything. Wonderful location.”

“The front desk clerk was extremely welcoming, and the room itself was pristine with a cozy bed. However, I found the bathroom to be rather basic, lacking in features. Specifically, the shower area lacked proper boundaries, leading to a slippery bathroom floor after showering. This made it inconvenient and potentially hazardous when using the toilet.”

“Poor room layout and design. The sink is outside the bathroom, very inconvenient and it is blocked somehow with bad drainage. The a/c is loud. Can’t sleep!”
