“I've been to Zagreb on many occasions but our stay this time at Palazzo was the best experience so far. Clean modern apartment located right in the center of town. Would recommend to anyone looking at exploring Zagreb for a few days. ”

“Pros: Nice and super helpful staff, great breakfast with plenty of choices, advanced system for the room (do not disturb, call for housekeeping, etc.), great location with walking distance to most of tourist spots and a lot of restaurants and shopping centre nearby, nice view of the main street Cons: 1. Design of rectangular wash basin and water closet are less user friendly than the round one in other hotel, and easy to trap the water at the corner side of wash basin 2. There are a few dirt……

“This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and old town. Highly recommend it and Ivana is lovely and easy to work with as a host. ”
