“The owner's attitude was nice, location is quite close to the Udawalawe National Park. Breakfast however was only an omelet, 2 pieces of toast and a small cup of juice for each person which wasn't enough for us. The room was full of dust, and the air coming out of the AC feels like mold. If you want to join the safari, the owner has a jeep and a driver to take us into the safari in the morning which needs an additional cost, and we feel it's a little too high price.”

“The service is impeccable, from arrival, to drinks at the beach to breakfast. The property appears to be relatively new, the rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. ”

“Really wonderful welcoming stay. The room was a bit musty smelling, and there were ants, but this was overshadowed by the managers hospitality. He really went the extra mile - even going to get beers for us as the shops were a bit far away :)”

“Unfortunately I am not able to review Dil Lanka Safari Resort, because when we arrived, the manager was very surprised to see us and said that he had no booking from us (three people, two rooms). Ultimately it was resolved (with help from our Sri Lankan driver) and we were given our money back (booking was prepaid). The grounds looked nice, so you could take your chances, but make sure you do nót prepay your reservation.”

“Great staff and they were very helpful. The hotel is located near the national park which was very convenient. ”

“We stayed for one night for the Safari. The property is well maintained, clean and it is as described. The owner is very responsive, offer good service. We enjoyed the breakfast included in the reservation after the Safari. I would definitely recommend this place. ”

“Lost in paradise (; Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Sri Lanka Rundreise. Kamal und sein Team sind stets bemüht, den Urlaub der Gäste unvergesslich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück wird à la carte serviert und bietet reichlich Auswahl.
