“Manse in the Beach is the perfect getaway. Just opposite a lovely beach which my dog and I had to ourselves. From arriving I felt right at home, the accomodation is beautiful and Sarah & Brian are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. I had poached eggs bacon & sourdough bread just yum . “A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! ”

“Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.”

“Charming old building combined with modern luxury, excellent SPA facilities if that’s your thing. Cosy bar, quality food and excellent service. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Great spot for exploring the County Down coast, we were lucky with the weather. ”
