“Nice experience ”

“Great hotel, great service”

“Unfortunately, the retreat is not handicap friendly. There are no automatic doors and no banks of elevators. Only one elevator exists, it is ancient, and requires assistance to open the door. To bypass the numerous sets of stairs, (the resort is on 3 levels), one would have to go outside and walk on the sidewalk on an incline. This path is not covered.”

“I really just stay one day, but I enjoy my time there, will be nice if have free breakfast.”

“Location could not be better. Close to downtown Geneva and close to the lake. Enjoyed our stay.”

“The staff was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. He gave us all the info we needed for a one-night stay. The room was huge! Bed mostly comfy- okay for one night. There is remodeling going on, but it looks nice so far! Would stay here again. ”

“Old eclectic mansion. Close to town. Rooms are nicely decorated. Free drink coupons at the apothecary and the secret password for the speak easy in the basement ”

“First time staying at this property and my daughter and I loved it! The room was very spacious and very clean. We felt safe with the security cameras around the hotel. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The free breakfast had lots to choose from: waffles, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, eggs, juice, etc. Everything was clean! I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.”
