“This was a comfortable, quiet hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast served in a pleasant patio area. Showers worked fine, and sitting outside on the balcony was nice. The location is an easy walk to Victoria Mall or the bus park to get a cheap ride into Kampala.”

“This space is lovely, with lake views and well-maintained grounds. You can tell that the owners have put in work to make this place comfortable and accommodating. My room was comfortable with hot water, AC, newly installed internet, TV, fridge, etc. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I requested an airport shuttle and the owner reached out to make sure they had picked me up. Even offered to keep the kitchen open late for me if I needed food upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Great staff, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to others based solely on the engagement of the staff. Facility is outdated but very well kept and clean. They need to include full toiletries in the restrooms i.e. lotions, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The garden is immaculate, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, totally worth it. Steam room and sauna were also very well kept. Would visit again.”

“Avoid!! Hotel in great location and should have been nice BUT.... I don't normally write reviews but this place was a nightmare from the start. On my arrival at 10.30pm from the airport, reception showed me to a tiny dark room with no view rather than the double dulux with lake view I'd booked. They told me Expedia had not paid them enough, my booked room wasn't available and this is all I could have - what a scam! The place was empty and the excuse was an obvious lie. Refused to accept the room……
