“Boutique feel, nice property, friendly staff but alas service is way too slow from restaurant and bar, food als underwhelming. This was our second stay in a space of two years so looks like some backsliding has taken place. Took a whole hour to get a very basic order of goat muchomo, drink service too slow testing our patience, next day same thing even with just basic cappuccinos - will have to reconsider a revisit or if I do: dine elsewhere unless service gets its act together ”

“Most of the facilities and services were satisfactory, but the hotel lacked consideration for golf players regarding check-out times. Even if start playing golf at 7 am when the golf course opens, at least 4 hours of play time is needed and extra 1 hour for showering and check-out preparation, but I was asked to check out at 10 am, and even if late check-out was allowed, I was asked to check out by 11:30 am at the latest. I think this is because the hotel, (they say 'Golf Resort'), does not……

“Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty.”

The bathroom was small, but the water heater worked fine. The room was spacious. The balconies were not all finished, but the view of the lake was lovely. ”
