“Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. “Had a challenging time connecting with property prior to arrival. Best to WhatsApp. Upon arrival, I was informed of a $THB cash deposit. Since I was leaving back to the US after, I requested they charge my credit card instead. However was insistent it was cash. I provided $USD as deposit as that was all I had available and informed the staff that I was leaving early for checkout. Staff said it was fine. 1 hour before check out I look for staff and contact property staff lead and no response.……
