“The property is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and only a short walk from the beach. It is well maintained and well furnished. The main things of note to keep you informed and so you can't say you didn't know is that the property is down a steep hill, so be prepared. Not a big deal as the whole neighborhood is this way. Also the property does not have air conditioning. It was warm during the day, but as you keep the windows open it cools down well with the breeze, so no problem at all. Also,……

“We stayed at Kona Cliff House for five days, a perfect getaway after the chaos of Waikīkī. The house is beautifully furnished and maintained and the view from the lanai is stunning. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our dinners. Climbing the stairs to the house is a workout and the roads are steep, but the house itself is perfect.”
