“Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well. ”

“Our stay at the Wawel Queen was excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the castle and cathedral, and only a few minutes to the town square. The breakfast was really good here. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Krakow and if we visit again we will definitely be staying at the Wawel Queen.”

The hotel itself looks even better in person than it does in the photos — modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. For a four-star property, it easily exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request we made was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had a small accident where we broke a bottle……

There is a lot of good restaurants and cafes on the same street where the hotel is located. Especially recommend a restaurant called Franca which is right next to the hotel. “這間酒店不在古城區內，但由於我們是自駕遊，驅車前往也只在十分鐘內，亦算接近。最想一讚是酒店員工，全都十分殷勤有禮，也全靠前台職員主動提醒，我才知道要預早網上預約參觀納粹集中營，否則我可能因沒有預約而不能進去參觀。房間舒適整潔，早餐食物選擇多而味道不錯。以房間價格來衡量，這是超值之選。”

“This is an apartment above a restaurant, not a hotel. We did not know this so it was initially hard to find. But what a beautiful amazingly romantic place. Wi-Fi not great, so come here for the romance not work. All the staff were incredible! Always operating with a spirit of excellence! And it is right next to the castle! ”
