“I love staying at this lodge. Its my go to accommodations when traveling to lake michigan in the winter. I love being off the beaten path, the esthetic of the lodge and the supper club/lodge. However, this stay i stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes while the front desk worker was on the phone helping somone else book a room. Only once did she acknowledge me to say "she'd be back" and left the foyer all together for a while. When she did complete the call sometime later she asked how she……

“设备老旧，跟前台说了也没人修理。门锁扣坏的，浴缸不给塞子，酒店不打招呼，不给打扫。前台态度差。比Expedia预定，多住了1天，没给发票。后来通过Wxpedia联系补要发票。打了3次电话，通话时间合计大约50多分钟，居然没解决。酒店居然不承认我多住的1天。顺便吐槽下Expedia这帮售后接线员，为何不能理解我的意思？为何这么点小事情，打了3通电话，每次的记录内容五花八门。你们的汉语要努力学习啊。”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house had everything we could need, clear instructions, and was extremely clean. Not to mention, the house was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this property as it was perfect for our family to come together and celebrate Christmas. Looking forward to another stay!”

“I booked this stay as a birthday gift for my son. He and his fiancé stayed for 2 nights/3 days. They absolutely enjoyed there stay. The place was clean and just like the pictures displayed. They had an issue with the code not working to enter the property, Don the host got in touch with us immediately and even refunded some money for the inconvenience! “Our stay at this Vrbo was absolutely incredible! The home was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The large windows offered breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, and even though the lake was partially frozen, it was still beautiful to see. The peaceful winter scenery made our stay even more special.The location was perfect—just a short drive to plenty of hiking trails, which were not only stunning but also very dog-friendly!
