“We love staying on Oak Ave, this was our second year in this home and we are so grateful! The house is the perfect distance from the beach, always clean and stocked with necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, dishes/silverware, and plenty of linens). Tom is a great host and is just a text away!”

“This was one of the nicest, cleanest VRBO we have stated in. Don’t let the neighborhood detour you from staying. We felt safe and slept amazing in the VERY comfy king bed !! The master shower drain wasn’t working during our stay but the owner was very responsive and apologized for the inconvenience. ”

“Check-in was totally fine. I called to let them know our checkout would be about 30 minutes delayed and they were fine with it. One upstairs room, one downstairs room, and a very spacious living room area that was one big great room.Kitchen was good and clean. Wifi was great upstairs, but just be aware that it is very spotty in the downstairs area. The driveway is fine. If you have a park pass, you can park in the nearby parking, otherwise, it's about a 10 minute walk. Myself, my wife, and……
