“Our traveling team size was 30 and we struggled giving everyone a proper sleeping arrangement. I would definitely recommend a team no bigger than 25. Unless you put 3 to a king bed, which we did not. They do include air mattresses as counting twin beds as well, which again, isn't up to par for some college sport programs for a week stay. “I rented this property for a gathering at my dads home in the city. This house was so adorable and well equipped with everything we needed. Not to mention a 3 minute walk from the beach. The property manager was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly considering my family drive 11 hours. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family as well as ill be renting again.”

“Overall, my sister and I enjoyed our stay at The Hummingbird Cottage. The host was very helpful and was very responsive. We loved all the beach supplies (even though we did not swim due to the cold weather), but it was nice that those were available. The cottage was also equipped with a lot of everyday necessities. “Overall, the property had all the amenities we needed, was peaceful and just what we were looking for while on our road trip. We were within a short driving distance to the Indiana Dunes. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. “Great stay! Owner has great communication and very responsive. We loved the retro 50's decor and feel. Plenty of room for large families. Nice outdoor patio space. Plenty of parking. The only issue was a small cleaning oversight, but they more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend!”
