“It is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. ”

“So the mobile home situated on a lake shore in a nice, busy camp site is beautiful. Having breakfast sitting out back was wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was a great base for the State and National Parks nearby as well as close enough to Chicago. It is close to a very busy main road and so it is noisy outside. The fire pit is very cool and there is an ample supply of logs. We had absolutely no issues and the communication from the property manager was fantastic. Thank you.”

First time my wife and I had ever tried this other than our own house. Which is like 30 minutes away. We had kids and grandkids coming from out of state like many. We liked when it said this wasn't a party house. The reason becomes apparent as soon as you walk in the door. It's a Family House in a family neighborhood, (Perfect)! The View! The amenities! THE……

“The house was generously built to accommodate our large family of 30. We were able to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Having two sinks and two dishwashers in the main kitchen was very helpful for the scale of people we were feeding. The outdoor seating was spacious and an additional bonus! Spending evenings on the deck with a fire to gather around was idyllic. We also had groups playing cards and working on puzzles. Being so close to the beach was perfect for a quick jaunt to play……

“Neighborhood felt very safe. The beach is close enough we easily carried beach bag and chairs. The house felt spacious with lots of areas for people to spread out to read or come together for meals and games. We had decent weather, but you wouldn’t feel crowded on a rainy day. Well equipped with ample towels for showering and the beach. Close to Dunes challenge, other beaches and train to Chicago. ”

“We had come for a family trip and wanted a place we could relax and enjoy some time on the lake. Our family had a blast swimming on the lake, paddleboarding, kayaking, and using the pontoon boat. We were also close to indiana dunes so we spent one day there on the beach. Highly recommend this beautiful landscape for a relaxing trip! Working with the owners was also smooth and they tended to our needs. We definitely will be back in the future. ”
