However, the walls are thin, we heard the room next door all night long until about 3am. Breakfast is slim to nothing. As I was leaving another guests asked me to translate as she was checking out that she had bedbugs in her room. She had pictures and bites on her legs.”

“Despite me calling ahead, property would not allow my dog until I began to argue. They literally said that if I wanted to bring a dog I shouldn't have booked the room through Expedia. When they relented, they would only provide a room with a single bed, even though I had reserved a room with two beds. And on top of all this, the room was absolutely filthy. So much so, that we didn't even stay for the 2nd of our two nights there.”

“The room was very basic. No tissues in the room. There is no place to hang your clothes. No closet, etc. The toilet bowl was not well cemented.”
